Shipping

UK Orders:

■We ship via our UK distributor using Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked for £5.15. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days and tracking will be provided.

Portugal Orders:

■We ship locally from Portugal using CTT registered mail. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 1–3 working days.

EU Orders:

■We ship from Portugal using CTT 1st Class International Post. Delivery times vary (typically 4–10 working days depending on the country). Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout or

confirmed via email.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Encapsulate is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (personal care & small-batch items), we do not accept returns unless a product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order is damaged in transit, please email [your email] within 3 days of receipt with photos and order details. We’ll do our best to replace or refund when appropriate.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind or delayed international delivery beyond our control.
